摘要
通过声波清灰器在某燃煤电厂电除尘器中的应用,介绍了声波清灰器的工作原理,并将声波清灰技术与机械振打清灰技术进行了对比试验,证实应用声波清灰技术助机械振打清灰可以有效提高电除尘器的除尘效率。
This paper introduces the operation principle of sonic dust cleaner through the application of sonic dust cleaner in the electrostatic precipitators of one coal-fired power plant, the comparison test was made for the sound wave cleaning technology and the mechanical rapping cleaning technology, the test confirms that the application of the sound wave cleaning technology to aid mechanical rapping cleaning can effectively rise the dedusting efficiency of electrostatic precipitators.
