摘要
分析了门座起重机产生啃轨的原因,以MQ6025型门座起重机为例,利用ANSYS工具对其圆筒门架进行建模分析,研究圆筒门架变形对啃轨的影响,提出了解决方案。
The paper analyses the cause of rail gnawing happened to portal crane,and taking MQ6025 type of portal crane as an example,sets up its cylindrical gantry model for structural analysis in ANSYS and studies the effect of cylindrical gantry＇ s displacement to the rail gnawing case. The paper raises a solution to this problem .
