159例癌症病人的中药处方分析

Prescription analysis of 159 carcinoma patients

目的:调查我院中医科癌症住院病人中药使用情况,指导临床用药。方法:对2005年8月￣2006年8月间我院中医科159例癌症住院病人的病历、中药处方进行查询,并对中药饮片使用情况做回顾性调查和分析。结果:查询结果显示,癌症住院病人的中医辨证分类虚症以气血不足型为64.78%,手术、化疗、放疗后容易损伤人体正气,治疗以益气养血居多;实证以痰瘀互结型居多,治疗以活血化瘀,化痰散结多。结论:中药作为癌症的辅助治疗有利于提高机体免疫力,改善患者生活质量。

Objective：To investigate and analyse the use of traditional chinese medicine （TCM） in carcinoma patients.Methods： From August 2005 to August 2006, 159 cases with carcinoma had been investigated in department of TCM.We collected the diagnosis data of TCM, prescriptions and herbs using with carcinoma patients in case record and prescriptions.Results：The result showed that 64.78% of patients with TCM diagnosis were insufficiency of vital energy and blood, so the treatment principle was invigorating vital energy and enriching blood.Conclusion：As a complement treatment method in carcinoma patient, TCM could enhance the immune function, reduce side effect and improve life quality.
