厄洛替尼(特罗凯)致严重药物性皮疹1例及临床处理 被引量：4

摘要 患者男性，66岁，主因右肺腺癌、脑转移、骨转移10月余，曾行多周期化疗及放疗。2007年2月8日出现双下肢行走无力，右侧上肢肌力下降，为行进一步检查治疗收入院。入院后给予甘露醇及甘油果糖治疗，效果不明显。2007年2月16日开始给予特罗凯（ROCHE GENENTECH制药有限公司，批号：B1018）150mg口服1次／d治疗，至2月19日患者一般状况较前好转，右侧肢体肌力较前增强。
