摘要
[目的]观察半导体激光透巩膜睫状体光凝的治疗效果,探讨围手术期的护理。[方法]对35例难治性青光眼患眼行810nm半导体激光透巩膜睫状体光凝治疗,使用能量1.5W^2.0W,时间每次2s,每次治疗3个象限,对治疗前后的眼压进行统计学分析。[结果]治疗前35例患眼眼压平均为52.8mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa),治疗后眼压平均为14.7mmHg。[结论]半导体激光透巩膜睫状体光凝是治疗难治性青光眼的围手术期护理对确保疗效,预防严重并发症具有重要意义。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of refractory glaucoma patients treated with semiconductor laser trans - scleral ciliary apparatus cyclophoto- coagulation, and probe into nursing care in perioperative stage. Methods: A total of 35 refractory glaucoma patients' illness eyes were treated with 810mm semiconductor laser trans- scleral ciliary apparatus cyclo - photocoag- ulation that used 1.5W~2.0W energy and lasted two seconds every time, three quadrants were treated every time. And statistical analysis was carried out for intraocular tension before and after treatment. Results: Before treatment, average intraocular tension of 35 patients' illness eyes was 52.8mmHg (1mmHg = 0. 133 kPa) ; after treatment, average intraocular tension of 35 patients' illness eyes was 14.7mmHg. Conclusion: Semiconductor laser trans- scleral ciliary apparatus cyclo- photo- coagulation is a kind of nursing care in perioperative stage to treat refractory glaucoma, and is important for ensuring therapeutic effect and preventing severe complications.
