龙血竭治疗鼻咽癌患者放射性湿性皮炎的效果观察

Observation of the Effect of Dragon's Blood in Treating Moist Dermatitis Resulted from Radioactive Treatment of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

目的 探讨龙血竭对鼻咽癌患者放疗所致放射性湿性皮炎的治疗效果。方法 将63例鼻咽癌患者按湿性皮炎发生的先后顺序分为观察组32例,对照组31例,观察组从出现放射性湿性皮炎开始用龙血竭粉末外涂皮损区,用药后暴露创面,保持局部清洁、干燥、不上敷料,每天涂1～2次,7 d为1个疗程,直到创面愈合;对照组用生理盐水、地塞米松、庆大霉素将纱布浸湿后湿敷创面30 min,每天2～3次,7 d为1个疗程,直到创面愈合。第1疗程结束比较两组放射性湿性皮炎的治疗效果及放疗平均中断时间。结果 龙血竭治疗鼻咽癌患者放射治疗所致放射性湿性皮炎的疗效优于对照组（P〈0.01）,放疗平均中断时间短于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论 颈部放射性湿性皮炎患者使用龙血竭涂抹局部创面可提高治疗总有效率,缩短放疗中断时间。

Objective To study the effect of Dragon＇s Blood in treating moist dermatitis resulted from radioactive treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma （NPC）. Methods 63 patients with NPC were divided into the observation group （n=32） and control group （n=31） in the order of the occurrence of moist dermatitis. Dragon＇s Blood powder was applied to the skin lesion area of the patients in the observation group when moist dermatitis was observed, After the application of the powder, the lesion area was kept exposed, clean and dry, with no dressing being applied, This powder was applied twice a day, with 7 days on end as a course of treatment, until the lesions were healed. For the control group, bandage soaked in normal saline, hexadecadrol and gentamicin was hydrophatically compressed against the lesion area, 2 to 3 times daily, 30 mins for each time, and 7 days on end as a course of treatment. At the end of the first course of treatment, a comparison was made in the treatment effect and time when the radioactive treatment was ended be- tween the two groups. Results The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group （P〈O.O1）, and the radioactive therapy termination time of the former was shorter than that of the latter （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Dragon＇s Blood could improve the treatment effect for cervical moist dermatitis resulted from the radioative treatment and shorten the radioactive therapy termination time.
