摘要 此文简述了条件致病菌白色念珠菌的菌丝壁蛋白1(Hwp1)的结构特征、表达部位、其作为哺乳动物转谷氨酰胺酶底物的特点、黏附的二阶段模型、在白色念珠菌病发病中的作用、形成生物被膜时所扮演的角色和对白色念珠菌病诊断及治疗的展望。 This article concisely describes the structure feature, the locus of expression as well as the characteristics as the substrate of transglutaminase in mammals of hyphal wall protein 1 (Hwpl) expressed on opportunistic pathogen Candida albicans. In addition, it also introduces the two-stage model of adhesion, the role it plays in the candidiasis and the formation of biofilm and looks into the future about its significance in the diagnosis and therapy of candidiasis.
