噬菌体随机肽库技术在肿瘤靶向治疗中的应用

摘要 肿瘤的保守治疗主要是化疗及放疗,化疗在作用于肿瘤的同时也损害了健康的组织和器官。靶向治疗只针对肿瘤组织,有较好的特异性和靶向性,将成为治疗肿瘤的主要方法。靶向治疗的关键是特异性载体的构建,利用噬菌体随机肽库技术筛选出的肽分子小、组织穿透性好:能成为理想的载体。此技术简便易行、分离纯化效率高,必将对肿瘤靶向治疗产生深远影响。 Radiotherapy and chemotherapy are main methods of tumor conservative treatments, but chemotherapy damages healthy tissues and organs while treats tumour. Targeted therapy which aims directly at the tumour owns better specificity and targeting, and it will be the major treatment of tumour. The primary problem of targeted therapy is construction of specific carrier. By phage random peptide library we can obtain peptide with smaller molecule and better penetrativity, which can be used as an ideal cartier, This technology is convenient and efficient. It will contribute greatly to the treatment of tumour.
