摘要
通过对当前普遍采用的建筑外墙内保温、夹心保温及外保温技术的利弊的探讨,分析居住建筑采暖(空调)运行的模式、住宅建筑特点以及气候特征,提出适应夏热冬冷地区间歇采暖(空调)条件下双面保温构造设计的构想。在等效热阻条件下,选取4种间歇空调模式进行实验房测试。从墙体热工性能、室内热环境状况和空调能耗3个方面,评价双面保温与外保温的优劣。
The advantages and disadvantages of the thermal insulation technology for outer-wall were discussed, which includes external insulation, internal insulation and middle insulation. The residential building heating and air-conditioning operation mode, residential building and the climate characteristicswere analyzed. The double side insulation design to adapt the intermittent heating and air-conditioning opera- tion mode in hot summer and cold winter zones were proposed. Under the condition of the equivalent thermal resistance, four intermittent air- conditioning operation modes were measured. From the three aspects of wall thermal performance, indoor thermal environment and air-conditioning consumption, double side thermal insulation was compared with external thermal insulation.
