男性慢性前列腺炎支原体感染耐药性研究

目的探讨男性慢性前列腺炎支原体感染的分布规律及耐药性,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法对临床慢性前列腺炎患者前列腺液进行支原体培养、鉴定及药敏试验。结果在202例慢性前列腺炎支原体感染患者中,培养出解脲支原体(Uu)136例,占67.3%,人型支原体(Mh)66例,占32.7%,二者混合感染(Uu+Mh)38例,占18.8%;在药敏试验中,在5种大环内酯类抗菌药物中,除16环的交沙霉素耐药性较低外,其余出现了较高的耐药性,尤其是混合感染,耐药率均>20.0%。结论慢性前列腺炎感染支原体分离率高,及时进行支原体的培养和药敏试验,对临床控制感染和合理使用抗菌药物具有重要意义。

ObjecUve To study mycoplasma infection and the distribution of resistance of men with chronic prostatitis,for the clinical use of antibacterial drugs provide a reasonable basis. Methods clinical prostatic fluid in patients with chronic prostatitis for mycoplasma culture, identification and drug susceptibility tests were made. Results In 202 cases of chronic prostatitis patients infected with mycoplasma, We have had cultivated a ureaplasma urealyticum （Uu） 136 cases, accounted for 67. 3 percent- mycoplasma hominis （Mh） 66 cases,accounting for 32. 7 percent,the two mixed infection （Uu Mh） 38 cases,accounting for 18.8 percent. In sensitivity test,in the five macrolide antibiotics in addition to 16 central josamycin lower resistance, the other had a higher resistance, especially mixed infection, resistance rates were greater than 20. 0% . Conclusion In the region of chronic prostatitis high rate of separation of mycoplasma infection, Mycoplasma timely sensitivity test and the training of clinical infection control and rational use of antimicrobial agents is of great significance.
