国内医院麻醉药品使用文献分析

Analysis of materials of anesthetic drugs used in civil hospital

目的对近年来文献报道的国内医院麻醉药品使用情况进行综合分析,为麻醉药品的临床合理应用提供参考依据。方法对检索10篇文献报道的46408张处方进行统计,分析其处方使用率及DDDs排序。结果麻醉药品中哌替啶注射液的DDDs最大,其次是吗啡和芬太尼。结论麻醉药品使用基本合理,但依然存在不合理用药现象,有待完善。

Objective To analyze uses of anesthetic drugs reported in papers in civil hospital in recent years, so as to give reference facts for clinic uses of anesthetic drugs. Methods 46 408 prescriptions reported in ten booked papers have been analyzed. Results Anglicizing using rate of prescriptions and DDDs in rank. DDDs of Pethidini in anesthetic drugs is maximum, secondly Morphine and Fentanyl. Conclusion Uses of anesthetic drugs are reasonable ,there are still unreasonable uses, to be improved.
