住院患者真菌感染的流行病学调查

An Epideriological Survey of Fungal Infection in Hospitalized Patients

目的探讨住院患者真菌感染的流行病学情况。方法对2006年1月至2006年12月间住院患者的真菌感染进行调查和分析。结果住院患者中真菌感染以老年人多见,呼吸道感染为主,其次为泌尿道,再次为伤口感染,主要的致病菌为白色酵母菌。结论老年人呼吸道真菌感染多见,白色酵母菌是院内真菌感染的主要病原菌。

Objective To investigate cpidcmiology of fungal infection in hospitalized patients. Methods A servey of fungal infection was conducted on patients hospitalized in year 2006.Results The older-year patients were more than the rest .Fungal infection occurred mainly in respiratory tract and urinary tract .The main pathogens were candida sop.Conclusion Fungal infection in the older-year patients respiratory tract were more. Candida spp were still the main pathogens of fungal infection in hospitalized patients.
