摘要
CAK35型全密封液体钽电容器采用聚四氟乙烯塞柱和玻璃粉绝缘子,通过球焊和锡焊密封,根本上解决电解液泄漏问题。该产品通过国军标GJB733—89质量认证,失效率达5级(置信度60%)。本文对CAK35型与CA30型液体钽电容器结构、性能进行了对比,并论及CAK35型电容器使用中的注意事项。
With teflon seal cylinder, glass insulators, ball bonding and tin soldering, CAK35 hermetically sealed wet tantalum capacitor has no electrolyte leaking. It meets GJB733-89 and reaches filure rate level 5 (confidence level60%). comparison with Model CAK35 and Model CA30 Wet tantalum capacitors has been made with respect of the structure and performances. The important points regarding the application of Model CAK35 have been discussed.
