A New Hermetically Sealed Wet Tantalum Capacitor

ＣＡＫ３５型全密封液体钽电容器采用聚四氟乙烯塞柱和玻璃粉绝缘子，通过球焊和锡焊密封，根本上解决电解液泄漏问题。该产品通过国军标ＧＪＢ７３３—８９质量认证，失效率达５级（置信度６０％）。本文对ＣＡＫ３５型与ＣＡ３０型液体钽电容器结构、性能进行了对比，并论及ＣＡＫ３５型电容器使用中的注意事项。

With teflon seal cylinder, glass insulators, ball bonding and tin soldering, CAK35 hermetically sealed wet tantalum capacitor has no electrolyte leaking. It meets GJB733-89 and reaches filure rate level 5 (confidence level60%). comparison with Model CAK35 and Model CA30 Wet tantalum capacitors has been made with respect of the structure and performances. The important points regarding the application of Model CAK35 have been discussed.
