摘要
介绍了压电陶瓷器件生产中经常用到的电极加工机、陶瓷谐振器测试器、稳压电源等三种辅助工艺装置电路原理及应用情况。
Presented are three commonly used auxiliary apparatuses: electrode processor, ceramic resonator tester and voltage regulator. Their circuitry and working conditions are discussed.
