利用纺织印染污水进行烟气脱硫的应用实践

Applying Practice of Using Textile Printing and Dyeing Waste Water to Desulphurize Smoke and Vapour

燃煤锅炉排出的烟气中含有大量的二氧化硫,按照环保条例要求必须对烟气进行脱硫处理。而纺织印染企业排出的工业污水呈强碱性,可直接用于锅炉烟气脱硫。实践证明这种方法既有效地治理了纺织印染污水,又降低了锅炉烟气脱硫的治理运行费用。

There is a great deal of sulfur dioxide in the smoke and vapour exhausted from coal burning boiler. Desulphuring smoke and vapour must be treated according to environmental protection requirements. The waste water discharged from textile printing and dyeing enterprise has strong alkalinity,can be used to desulphurize smoke and vapour exhausted directly from coal burning boiler. The practice shows that the method is not only used to treat waste water of textile printing and dyeing, but also reduce the cost of smoke and vapour desulphurizing from coal burning boiler.
