摘要
根据本公司现有设备、原料,设计合理的浆料配方,提高生产效率。文章总结出,细号高密品种浆纱减少毛羽是通过良好的干分绞实现的,而良好的干分绞是通过延展性好,浆膜强力适中的浆料配方和合理的浆纱机工艺实现的。
The rational sizing instruction is planned according to available equipment and material to improve production efficiency. The paper concludes that perfect warp sheet splitting at dry state, which is realized by planning rational sizing instruction of good spreading and moderate strength, and designing reasonable process parameters,can reduce hairiness of fine tex high density fabric.
