Correlation between allergy and HLA genetic polymorphism

过敏反应日益严重地威胁着人类的健康。探讨过敏反应发生的分子机制为目前热点之一。一般认为遗传因素和环境因素决定其发病,人类白细胞抗原(HLA)是调控人体特异性免疫应答和决定疾病易感性个体差异的主要基因系统,探讨过敏反应与HLA基因的相关性将为过敏反应的防治提供新的措施。

Allergy increasingly threatens human health. At present, the molecular mechanisms of allergy have been one of the hot topics. It is believed that genetic factor and environmental factor play important roles in allergy. It is not surprising that particular HLA （human leukocyte antigen） class Ⅱ alleles have been implicated in susceptility to allergic diseases and in restriction of the IgE responses to a variety of allergens. It will provide an original measure if the correlation between allergy and HLA genetic polymorphism was illuminated.
