摘要
多媒体旅行信息咨询系统（简称MTICS）是在中文Windows3．1平台上用Foxpro2.6forWindows开发的多媒体数据库应用系统，文章重点论述了系统的设计思想、方法、关键技术及其评价。
Multimedia Tourism Information System of Consultants is multimedia database application System based on Chinese Windows 3. 1 exploited by Foxpro 2.6 for Windows.this paper describes the design idea, the method, the key technology and the evaluate of the system.
