Power of expert system lies on its knowledge. In the paper, the idea that expert system as new advanced software technology deals with domain knowledge in software program is presented. The method that C/C++ is used to implement expert system technology in programming is discussed in detail. Thus, the intelligence level of software is improved. The paper also gives examples to address that rule implementation of uncertain knowledge and steps of building frames structure with class about object-oriented programming language(C++).
