摘要
研究液压系统的一种新的故障检测方法,利用时间序列双谱分析实现调速阀故障诊断.根据实验分析,调速阀正常工作和出现故障时采集的振动信号的双谱存在明显的差异.由此可知,时间序列双谱分析是实现液压元件故障检测的一种有效方法.
In this paper, time series bi-spectrum analysis for fault diagnosis of speed-regulating valve is proposed to study a new fault detection method for the hydraulic system. According to experimental analysis,there exist clear differences in bi-spectrum of vibration signal collected in normal and fault situation of the speedregulating valve. So, time series bi-spectrum analysis for hydraulic component fault detection is feasible.
