摘要
采用DWDM光波测试系统,借助锥光纤与微球的高效耦合,以波长1530—1560nm、步长为1pm的激光激发微球回廊模,对SiO2微球腔的形貌相关谱线进行了测试.并根据形貌相关谱渐近公式对测试结果进行了识别指认和分析,为今后制作基于微球腔的器件提供基础.
Morphology-dependent resonance spectra of silica optical microsphere is studied by means of light wave test system, in I pm wavelength scanning resolution laser to excite whispering gallery modes. The spectra is recognized and analyzed according to the approximate expressions of morphology-dependent resonance spectra. This will be a foundation for the fabrication of a photonic device based on microsphere resonator.
