摘要
利用六西格玛度量指标量化评估组织机构代码申报表的数据采集质量,是一种新的工作尝试。旨在通过定量分析方法对不同地区代码纸质档案建设的工作水平作出科学比较,从而提高代码工作者的积极性,增进代码信息的准确性,为组织机构代码信息在社会诚信体系建设中的应用提供保障。
To compare the level of the Organizational Code Documents Work by quantitative analysis, it is a new try to use Six-Sigma factors in the evaluation of data-collection quality about the Organizational Code Application Forms. With these factors,we can improve the positivity of workers and promote the accuracy of NOC data,thus a base for the usage of NOC information in social credibility system construction come into being.
