卧辊磨与立磨的矿渣粉磨工艺技术比较

摘要 本文以水泥行业粉磨工艺为例,介绍了几种不同主机系统的粉磨工艺对矿渣水泥产量和生产能耗的影响;分析比较了卧辊磨矿渣粉磨系统的优势及经济、环境效益等,对水泥行业实现节能减排的目标、提高企业效益具有参考意义。 The paper takes grinding powder technology of cement industry as an example, introduces the impact of grinding powder technology of different mainframe systems on output of slag cement and energy consumption of production, analyses the superiority, economic benefits and environmental benefits of slag grinding powder system of horizontal rolling grinding. It bears the significance for realization of energy conservation and emission reduction and an increase in enterprise benefits of cement industry.
