摘要
对等静压产品淋釉中的釉料配方及工艺进行了调整实验,确定了釉浆水分应控制在32%~34%;选择10%黏土的基础釉配方;添加剂中的CMC选择为0.1%;减水剂应是有机减水剂和无机减水剂相互搭配;釉浆的密度应控制在(1.75~1.80)g/cm3。实验结果表明,等静压坯体常温强度提高了16.7%,72h饱吸湿膨胀率降低了53.9%,实现了等静压产品上的淋釉工艺,产品釉色均匀、光亮、无析晶现象,为解决近年来困绕等静压生产的网状析晶提供了新途径。
Experimental adjustment was made on composition and processing for glaze pouring on iso-statically pressed bodies. The water content of glaze slurry shall be of 32%-34%, 10% clay based glaze and 0.1% CMC additive was selected. Combination organic and inorganic water-reducing agent was adopted, with slurry density of 1.75-1.80 g / cm^3. Experiment showed a increase of green body strength at normal temperature by 16.7% and decrease of expansion rate after saturate moisture absorption by 53.9%. Thus, the glaze pouring technology on iso-statically pressed body be realized to get a uniform and shinning glaze coating without crystallization. A new approach for eliminate netted crystallization is found.
