类风湿性关节炎中破骨细胞基质金属蛋白酶9的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 类风湿性关节炎骨质侵蚀与关节破坏是近年来研究的热点。目前,已经知道破骨细胞是导致关节侵蚀的主要细胞,而基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)在破骨细胞中高表达,在细胞外间质的降解中发挥重要作用。破骨细胞分化过程中,MMP-9基因表达受到多种因素的调控。现将近几年MMP-9在类风湿性关节炎发生发展中的作用及其调控机制等予以综述。 Osseous erosion and joint damage in rheumatoid arthritis become an investigative hot spots in recent years. It is known that osteoclast is the main cell causing osseous erosion, while matrix metalloproteinase-9 highly expressed in osteoclast, plays an important role in extracellular matrix degradation. The gene expression of MMP-9 is regulated by several factors. This article reviewed the role of MMP-9 expression in osteoclast and its regulation mechanism in recent years.
