马兜铃酸肾病的治疗进展

Advance in Therapy of Aristolochic Acid Nephropahy

近年来,马兜铃酸肾病在临床上已屡见不鲜,虽然其治疗方面尚无成熟的方案,但经过医学界诸多学者的不懈努力,亦取得了长足进步。最初,临床上多采用西药糖皮质激素来控制病情变化,经过临床不断摸索,现已在改善肾脏供血、促进肾小管上皮细胞再生与修复、延缓肾间质纤维化等诸方面取得了较大成绩。这将为今后其他肾小管-间质病变的治疗提供宝贵的经验,无论是在中医方面、西医方面,还是中西医结合方面。文章将通过发病机制、治疗难点及治疗进展3个方面进行阐述。

Aristolochic acid nephropathy （AAN） is more and more common in the hospital than before. Although there is no perfect scheme to treat AAN now, scholars in medical field make great progress through their unceasing endeavor. In the beginning, drug glucocorticoids was used to control the disease. Now great progress is achieved in increasing the kidney blood,improving the renal＇s epithelium rebirth and repair, and postponing the interstitial fibrosis. It provides valuable experience for the other diseases of renal interstitial nephritis, not only in the aspects of Chinese medicine and Western medicine, but in the aspect of the combination of both as well. The article gives a detailed explanation through the mechanism, difficulty of therapy and the development of therapy.
