摘要
心电图是利用心电图机从体表记录心脏每一心动周期所产生电活动变化的曲线图形,反映心脏激动的电活动,心肌细胞的各种损伤会影响其电活动,从而在心电图上引起相应的变化,实际工作中常作为各种心脏疾病诊断、疗效监测和预后评估的指标之一。病毒性心肌炎是多种病毒对心肌细胞的直接损害和病毒触发人体自身免疫反应而引起心肌损害,根据损伤的程度不同引起相应的心电图变化。现就心电图在小儿病毒性心肌炎的诊断、治疗及预后中的临床应用做简要综述。
Electrokardiogram is a diagram of curves which were produced by electrocardiograph, it records electric activity of heart in every cardiac cycle, and reflect electric activity of heart excitement, various kinds of impaired myocardial cell will affect its electric activity,and make corresponding change in the electrocardiogram,so it is used in diagnosis of various kinds of myocardial disease, monitoring of therapeutic effects and evaluation of prognosis. Viral myocarditis may be suffered directly from many kinds of virus, which making myocardial damage by Triggering autoimmune response at the same time. The changes of lectrocardiogram is different according to different degree of impairment. This article simply reviewed clinical application of electrocardiogramin in diagnosis,therapy and prognosis in children with viral myecarditis.
