摘要
目的研究总结腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）。方法总结1996年2月至2007年6月2160例应用腹腔镜行胆囊切除术的经验、体会。结果全组顺利完成LC1815例；中转开腹手术341例，占15。7％：终止手术4例。其中胆总管损伤4例，占0.18％。LC术后住院时间2～7d，平均3.ld。l结论LC损伤小、痛苦少、康复快、患者易接受，但同时具有较开腹手术更高危险性。
Objective To summarize the experience of laparoscopic holecystectomy （LC）. Methods To summarize the experience of 2160 cases received LC from Feb, 1996 to June ,2007. Result Among 2160 cases,341 cases were converted to open surgery,aboutl5o 7%. Common bile duct was injuried in 4 cases,about 0.18 %. Postoperative hospitalization time was from 2 to 7 days,with an average of 3.1 days. Conclusion The advantages of LC are as follows： tiny injury;little suffering; rapid recovery; easy acceptablility, but there were more risks in LC than in open surgery.
