两种方法治疗胫腓骨骨折的疗效比较

Comparison of Therapeutic Effects of Tibial Fibular Fracture Between Two Methods

目的:探讨交锁髓内钉和单侧三维多功能骨科外固定架治疗胫腓骨骨折的治疗效果。方法:回顾分析2004年1月至2007年1月在我院分别接受交锁髓内钉和外固定架治疗的胫腓骨骨折患者26例和32例。结果:交锁髓内钉组一期愈合率明显高于外固定架组,愈合时间显著低于外固定架组,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(分别为P<0.05,P<0.001);交锁髓内钉组优良率(76.92%)低于外固定架组(90.63%),但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组均有不同的并发症发生。结论:外固定架的生物力学特性更符合胫腓骨骨折愈合的需要,对骨折的愈合时间影响小。

Objective： To investigate the effects of interlocking intramedullary nail and external fixator for the treatment of tibial fibular fractures. Method： 26 cases and 32 cases with the tibial fibular fractures treated respectively with interlocking intramedullary nail and external fixator from January 2004 to January 2007 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Result： The healing time in the external fixator group was earlier than that in the interlocking intramedullary nail group（P 〈0.001 ）. And the rate of primary healing in the external fixator group was lower than that in the interlocking intramedullary nail group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Each group had different complications. Conclusion： The biomechanics feature of the external fixator is suitable to the healing of tibial fibular fracture, so the external fixator has little influence on the healing of the tibial fibular fractures.
