微螺钉种植体支抗稳定性的临床研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的:研究微螺钉种植体在不同愈合时间承受不同正畸负荷后的稳定性。方法:32例拔除四颗第一双尖牙成年患者,将微螺钉植入到上颌第二双尖牙与第一磨牙之间作为前牙内收的颌内支抗。微螺钉植入即刻、2周、4周后施力150g、300g、400g力。对比种植体受力后的稳定性。结果:32例患者共64颗微螺钉种植体,其中6颗种植体松动。加载负荷的时机对种植体稳定性的影响无统计学差异,加载负荷的大小在正畸力范围内对种植体稳定性的影响无统计学差异。结论:微螺钉种植体是一种稳定的支抗装置,在植入体内后可即刻加力,在正畸力范围内的负荷下能保持良好的稳定性。 Objective: To study the stability of miniscrew anchorage under orthodontic force during different healing periods. Methods. 32 adult patients with miniscrews as the maxillary anchorage were included in this study. Miniscrews were inserted between the first molar and the maxillary second premolar. Nickel-titaniun closed-eoilsprings were placed for the retraction immediately ,2 weeks ,4 weeks after insertion of the miniscrews. Results:6 miniscrews losed. The lose rate has no relationship with different healing periods and force. Conclusion:Miniscrews are a stable anchorage. It can be forced immediately, Miniscrews have good stability within orthodontic force.
