纳米银与宫颈微波电凝结法治疗宫颈糜烂修复的临床观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨纳米银妇女外用抗菌凝胶与宫颈微波电凝结法对宫颈糜烂的治疗效果。方法:对240例宫颈糜烂患者,按3种不同治疗方案随机分成3组,观察各组中的疗效、月经情况及不良反应等。结果:单纯纳米银组基本无不良反应,电凝加纳米银组不良反应及创面愈合时间与单纯电凝组相比差异有显著意义(P<0.05),治疗前后各组之间及各组治疗前后的月经周期和经期比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而治愈率中单纯纳米银组和单纯电凝组与电凝加纳米银组比差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫颈糜烂物理疗法后应用纳米银,对患者的康复较单纯纳米银组和单纯电凝组更有效。 Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of Nanosilver external application antibacterial gel for women and cervical microwave eletrocoagnlation in the treatment of cervical erosion. Method: 240 patients with cervical erosion were randomly divided into 3 groups based on 3 different treatment methods. To observe the therapeutic effect, Menstrual condition, adverse reactions, etc. Result: The group treated with pure Nanosilver had little adverse reaction. There was significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ) in adverse reactions and wound healing time between the group of treatment with eletroeoagulation combined with Nanosilver and the group of treatment with pure eletrocoagnlation. There was no statistical significance in the difference of menstrual cycle and menstrual period between before and after treatment in each grou significant difference (P 〈 O. 05 ) in cure rate between the group of treatment with ele p. However, There was trocoagulation combined with Nanosilver and the group of treatment with pure eletrocoagulation. Conclusion: Treatment of cervical erosion with Nanosilver after physical therapy is more effective to the rehabilitation of patients than the treatment with pure Nanosilver and pure eletrocoagnlation.
