护理干预对鼻内镜鼻窦手术患者早日康复的影响

Rehabilitative Nursing on Patients with Endoscopic Sinus Surgery

目的:探讨系统的整体护理干预对行鼻内镜手术患者的影响。方法:对我院2004年1月至2007年6月210例患慢性鼻窦炎行鼻内镜手术的患者进行术前护理、术中配合、术后护理、出院指导、出院后随访等多个环节进行观察研究。结果:治愈202例,好转8例,治愈率96.19%。术后6个月随访无复发,疗效满意。结论:在鼻内镜手术围术期提供系统的整体护理,提高手术治愈率,促进患者早日康复。

Objective： To study the rehabilitative nursing on patients with endoscopic sinus surgery. Method： We reviewed the datas of preoperative nursing, cooperating in sinus surgery, postoperative guidance of discharge, followup of discharge in 210 patients with endoscopic sinus surgery from Jan. to Jun. 2007. Result： In all them 202 them were cured, 8 cases better, cure rate was 96.19%. The effect is satisfled. Thereg none of them with reccurence after 6 nonths followed can improve the cure rate and make rehabilitation early in patients-up. Conclusion： The hotistic nursing with endoscopic sinus surgery.
