Nursing Experience in Radical Mastectomy

目的:探讨乳腺癌根治术后护理及患侧肢体功能锻炼恢复的效果。方法:对52例患者进行了回顾性分析。结果:通过精心护理和指导、协助患者坚持功能锻炼,52例均恢复了正常的工作和生活,未出现因护理不当发生肢体功能障碍。结论:乳腺癌根治术后护理和患侧肢体功能锻炼非常重要,术后只有做好精心的护理,及时指导、协助患者坚持患侧肢体功能锻炼,才能收到满意效果。

Objective： To probe into the effect of nursing after radical mastectomy and recovery of affected limbs after functional training. Method： A retrospective analysis was made on 52 cases patients. Result： After the careful nursing and guidance and sustainable functional training, all of the patients of 52 cases had become normal in life and work. No functional disorder of hmbs resulting from improper nursing occurred. Conclusion： The nursing and functional training for affected limbs are very important for the breast cancer patients who have been conducted radical mastectomy. If the careful nursing, timely guidance and sustainable functional training for affected limbs are carried out after radical mastectomy, then the curative effect will be satisfactory.
