摘要
文章结合基层单位人力资源信息管理工作的特点,通过Excel平台对人力资源信息管理系统架构及其功能模块进行设计,利用代码赋值、函数组合、数据链接、编程等方法实现人力资源基本信息管理、工资管理、业绩管理、人才培养等功能输出的自动化,从而为基层单位人力资源信息管理的自动化、信息化提供了一种有效的途径。
According to the features of information management of human resources （IMHR） in the grassroots institutions, the framework and function modules of the IMHR system were designed on the platform of Excel. Automation was realized in output of the functions such as the basic IMHR, wage management, technical filing, personnel training, and etc., through the method of code assignment, function combination, data hnk and programming, which provided an effective way for the automation and information of IMHR in grassroots institutions.
