麻纤维软填料在高压高水基动密封工况下的抗磨损技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用MRB125/31.5往复式柱塞乳化液泵对国内麻纤维软填料进行失效分析,结果表明:过早失效是由于填料纤维和表面固体润滑剂的磨损较大引起的。通过纤维混纺设计和共浸工艺,显著提高固体润滑剂和麻纤维的结合强度,改进后的麻纤维软填料经台架试验后表面平整,表面固体润滑剂的保留面积大;经工业性使用寿命试验考核,平均使用寿命是原用夹布橡胶圈的10倍以上,是国外同类产品的2倍。 The failure of the homemade ramee- braided soft packing which is set into MRB125/31.5 recipro- caring plunger emulsion pump is analyzed. The result indicates that the premature failure is caused by the wear of ramee - braided soft packing and the solid lubricant. The solid lubricant and ramee are greatly improved by composite- braided and coimpregnation technology, and the improved ramee- braided soft packing kept plane surfaces and more contact area of solid lubricant and has higher anti - wear performance. The average service life is 10 times long as the original rubber ring and twice as the foreign.
