摘要
针对目前以煤代油技术日趋成熟,精细水煤浆在柴油机上燃烧、排放等问题研究已取得重要进展,而在供浆系统中燃烧器的重要部件—喷嘴的磨损和堵塞问题没有得到很好解决。对系统中燃料组成成分进行了分析(主要是固体煤粉颗粒、液体水及少量柴油和添加剂),在燃料供给过程中运用固液两相流理论对整个过程进行了动力学分析,给出了动量方程,并根据计算结果设计制造了一种新型喷嘴。
At present the technology for replacing oil with coal is mature increasingly. The study on which the ultraclean micronized coal water slurry combusts in the diesel engine and discharges from the diesel engine has made the important progress, but the questions of the important part of combustor - spray nozzle' s wear and jam have not been solved well. In view of this question, analyses the elements of the fuel in diesel engine, (it is made of solid coal granule, liquid, a few diesel oil and additive). The components accords with the basic condition of applying liquid - solid two - phase fluids theory. During fuel supply applying the theory, spray nozzle's dynamic analysis has been done. Based on the analysis result and the theoretical calculation data, a kind of innovative spray nozzle has been developed.
