摘要
常规型井口光杆密封装置的胶皮闸门是固定件,要实现井口密封装置的随动对中,就必须解除固定胶皮闸门的约束,设计出能够实时跟踪光杆运动的随动胶皮闸门组件,通过该部分组件的作用可使密封装置密封主体能够跟踪光杆的运动,调偏自如,随着杆的移动、振动,可在任意方向内进行动态补偿,随动体是重要部件,采用的是橡胶材料,由于操作频繁,橡胶内膜成为易损件,所以随动件的性能直接影响到该装置的寿命,一旦橡胶内膜损坏,不仅会造成停工,而且容易引发事故。所以通过有限元分析来优选橡胶材料及结构参数,就显得非常必要。
