摘要
采用等效力学模型,对钢筋切断机的动力学性能进行研究,得出钢筋切断机的机械运动方程式;运用CosmosWorks有限设计分析软件,建立钢筋切断机机体有限元模型,计算切断机机体的受力情况,分析钢筋切断机机体应力分布状况,对钢筋切断机机体进行强度校核和设计检查。
The dynamics performance of reinforcing bars cutter is studied using equivalent mechanical model, the mechanical movement formula is founded, by means of CosmosWorks design analysis software, the finite element model of cutter body is established. The force of cutter body is calculated, the stress distribution status is analyzed. The strength and design of cutter body are checked.
