Contact Analysis of Rubber Like Material with User Subroutine

摘要 基于大型非线性有限元软件MSC.Marc。并利用MSC.Marc提供的二次开发平台,通过编写用户子程序,对刚性楔体和橡胶缺口的接触问题进行了非线性有限元分析。结果表明橡胶缺口的尖端场分为扩张区和收缩区,变形前扩张区十分狭窄,变形后则变得十分宽阔,而收缩区,变形前十分宽阔,而变形后则变得非常狭窄。同时将有限元计算结果与理论解进行比较,结果吻合很好。 Starts with a discussion on contact analysis between rigid wedge and mbber like material notch with MSC. Marc. A framework to implement nibber like material models is established within the general - purpose finite element program MSC. Marc. Though analyzing, it is revealed that the region near the notch tip is composed of expanding sector and narrowing sector. For expanding sector, before deformation, it is rely narrow and it becomes very wide after deformation. But for narrowing sector, it is converse. It is also found that the result with finite element is consistent with the analytical result which testifies that analyzing nibber like material with this method is reasonable and convenient.
