摘要
介绍了大型构件压力试验机电液伺服力控制系统工作原理,研制了以S7-200 PLC为核心的力伺服控制系统。对控制系统的硬件、软件设计和控制方式等作了详细介绍,实现了对试验机加载力伺服控制。
An electro - hydraulic servo force control system of pressure tester of large structure was introduced. The force servo control system wa, developed using programmable eontroller（PLC） of SIEMENS S7 - 200 as a primary controlling component. The hardware, software and controlling method were introduced. The force ser- vo control of the pressure tester was fulfilled.
