通过对泥浆泵活塞常见失效形式的详细分析,提出泥浆泵活塞根部及其皮碗唇部应力集中是造成泥浆泵活塞过早失效的根源所在,并给出了经实际检验后的改进方案,提高了泥浆泵的使用寿命。
Making detailed analyses of common forms of ineffectiveness of drilling pump piston, proposes the cause of premature ineffectiveness of drilling pump piston is the stress concentration of drilling pump piston mot and servo - piston cup leather lip. Puts forth the improvement program which has been proven by practical test to extend the service life of drilling pump.
