摘要
通过分析统计过程控制和AMT,提出采用一种对过程控制数据库进行数据挖掘分析方法,将过程数据库进行信号化,应用信号分析领域的处理方法对其进行分析。采用小波变换分析的方法,对信号化后过程控制数据库中的数据,在不同的时间尺度上进行分析和挖掘,从中提取出过程规律,进行预警,在一定程度上弥补过程控制抽样的不足。
By analyzing the statistical process control and AMT, a method is provided to analyze and mine the process control database. At first, it changes the process database into a signal,and then uses some methods of signal processing to analyze and mine the data. Analysis of wavelet transform method is used to analyze and mine the data of process control database on different time scale. By this method , the rule of process control is found and offset the shortage of sample.
