颌间牵引金属丝骨间内固定与小钛板坚强内固定治疗下颌骨骨折的对比分析

Comparison of curative effect of three different procedures for treatment of mandible fractures

目的探讨颌间牵引、全属丝骨间内固定与小钛板坚强内固定三种治疗方式在治疗下颌骨骨折中的优缺点并进行对比分析。方法30例下颌骨折病人采用颌间牵引复位固定,29例下颌骨折采用金属丝骨间内固定,并颌间牵引复位固定,27例下颌骨折采用小钛板坚强内固定。结果30例颌间牵引病例中17例愈合情况好;29例金属丝骨间内固定病例20例愈合情况好;27例小钛板坚强内固定均愈合情况良好,疗效满意。三种方法治愈率分别为56.7%、69.0%及100%。结论小钛板坚强内固定在治疗下颌骨骨折中疗效优于金属丝骨间内固定,明显优于颌间牵引复位固定。

Objective The comparison of intermaxiUary elastic traction, steel wire internal fixation and miniplate rigid internal fixation （MRIF） in treatment of patients with mandible fractures was carried out in this study. Methods There were 30 cases of mandible fractures treated with intermaxillary elastic traction, 29 cases with steel wire internal fixation and 27 cases with miniplate rigid internal fixation. Results 17 of 30 cases of mandible fractures were healed by intermaxiUary elastic traction, 20 of 29 cases were healed by steel wire internal fixation and all 27 cases were healed by miniplate rigid internal fixation, and the curative rates of these 3 procedures were 56.7% , 69.0% and 100% respectively. Con- dusion The miniplate rigid internal fixation （MRIF） is the best method in these 3 procedures in treatment of patients with mandible fractures.
