康复新液治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎46例

Efficacy of Kangfuxin Liquid in treatment of 46 patients with chronic erosive gastritis

目的探讨康复新液治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎（CEG）的临床疗效。方法选择2006—2008年1月来我科就诊的CEG患者92例，随机分为两组，每组46例。其中幽门螺杆菌（So）阳性者79例。Hp阳性者均给予Hp根除三联治疗：雷贝拉唑20mg，克拉霉素0．5g，苯酰甲硝唑0．64g，每日2次口服，治疗7d。治疗组予1：3服康复新液10ml／次，每日3次，疗程8周；对照组口服硫糖铝片0．5g，3次／d，每日3次，疗程8周。结果治疗组显效率71．74％，总有效率93．48％；对照组显效率56．52％，总有效率82．61％，两组间疗效比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论康复新液用于治疗CEG疗效显著．值得在临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Kangfuxin Liquid in treatment of patients with chronic erosive gastritis （CEG）. Meth- ods Ninety - two patients with CEG treated in this department were selected for study during January 2006 to January 2008. They were randomly divided into two groups. Among them, 79 cases with helicobacter pylori （Hp） infection were treated with omeprazole 20 mg, clarithromycin 0. 5 g and amoxiciUin 1.0 g twice a day for 7 days. Patients in trial group were administrated with Kangfuxin Liquid 10 ml three times a day for 8 weeks as a therapeutic course, and patients in control group were taken with sucralfate suspension 10 ml three times a day for 8 weeks. Results The significant effective rate in patients of trial group was 71.74% and their total effective rate was 93.48% ; and the significant effective rate and total effective rate in patients of control group were 56.52% and 82, 61% respectively. There was significant difference in efficacy among patients of these two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Kangfuxin Liquid is very effective in treatment of patients with CEG. It is worthy to be recommended for clinical application.
