盐酸特拉唑嗪联合前列安栓治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎/慢性骨盆疼痛综合征疗效与机制的探讨

Telazosin hydrochloride combined with Qianlieanshuan treat chronic abacterial prostatitis/chronic pelvis pain syndrome

目的探讨盐酸特拉唑嗪联合前列安栓治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎/慢性骨盆疼痛综合征(CAP/CPPS)的疗效与机制。方法对临床诊断为CAP/CPPS患者78例进行常规体检,实验室尿液分析,精液(SF)常规镜检,前列腺液(EPS)、前列腺按摩前中段尿(VB2)、按摩后初段尿(VB3)行细菌培养。随机分为实验组、对照组,比较两组临床效果。结果78例患者中,两组治疗6周,实验组40例中,治愈29例,好转7例,总有效率90.0%,对照组38例,治愈16例,好转9例,总有效率65.8%,与对照组比较差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论盐酸特拉唑嗪联合前列安栓治疗CAP/CPPS可松弛前列腺尿道平滑肌,改善排尿功能,从而缓解慢性骨盆疼痛症状,提高治疗的有效性,其安全性较好。

Objective To investigate the efficaey and mechanism of telazosin hydroehloride combined with Qianlieanshuan to treat chronic abaeterial prostafitis and chronic pelvic pain syndrome （CAP/CPPS）. Methods Seventy eight patients diagnosed as CAP/CPPS were undergone a series of examinations including physleal examination, urine analysis, seminal fluid conventional microscopic examination, baeteria euhivation of expressed prostatic secretions （EPS）, medistream urine before prostatic massage and the beginning section urine after prostatic massage. The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. After 6 weeks treatment, curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results Of the 40 eases in experimental group, 29 eases were cured, 7 eases improved, the total effective rate was 90.0% ; of the 38 eases in control group, 16 eases were cured, 9 eases improved, the total effective rate was 65.8%. The difference between the two groups was significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The combined use of telazosin hydrochloride and Qianlieanshuan for the treatment of CAP/CPPS may relax urethral smooth muscle and improve the urinary function, therefore relieve the symptoms of the chronic pelvic pain and improve the effectiveness of the treatment. The combined treatment is safe.
