不同检测系统测定血浆纤维蛋白原结果比较 被引量:3

Analysis of fibrinogen detected by two coagulation analyzer in different traceability

摘要 目的比较日本希森美康(Sysmex)株式会社生产的CA6000全自动血凝仪(SYSMEX CA6000)与STACOM-PACT两台血凝仪测定血浆纤维蛋白原结果。方法选40例病人标本用两台血凝仪同时测定血浆纤维蛋白原,两组结果进行配对t检验并进行相关性分析。结果平均差值为0.731g/L,t值为12.971,P值为0.000,直线回归方程为Y(旧式的)=0.130+1.156X(新式的),r2=0.988。结论SYSMEX测定血浆纤维蛋白原结果明显低于STA测定结果。 Objective To compare the difference of fibrinogen level detected by two coagulation analyzers, SYSMEX CA6000 and STA COMPACT. Methods 40 species of patient's samples were chosen to detect respectively by two different coagulation analyzers. Outliers'detection and the correlation between two sets of results were analyzed by paired t - test. Results The mean difference was 0, 731 g/L, t = 12.971, P = 0. 000, the regression equation was Y = 0, 130 + 1.156X, r^2 = 0. 988, Conclusion Results of plasma fibrinogen level detected by SYSMEX CA6000 was lower than STA COMPACT.
