急性一氧化碳中毒的急救流程和护理

Emergency therapeutic process and nursing in cases of acute carbon monoxide poisoning

目的提高急性一氧化碳中毒患者中毒抢救成功率,减少并发症和后遗症发生,确保患者生命安全。方法用良好的急救流程和护理技能,积极配合医生抢救,准确、及时、熟练地进行救护工作。结果经及时有效的抢救护理,65例患者除2例现场死亡外其余均治愈,治愈率达96.9%,无发生并发症和后遗症。结论正确的护理是抢救成功的关键一环,在抢救过程中,护理人员急救技能的熟练程度对于保证抢救的顺利进行,减少并发症,降低死亡率,提高成功率具有积极的重要意义。

Objective To improve the successful rate of treatment for acute carbon monoxide poisoning and reduce the complications in order to rescue patients＇lives. Methods Satisfactory nursing procedures and skills in cooperation with emergency treatment of physicians in order to carry out correct,timely and skilful nursing for rescue of these patients. Results In 65 patients,63 of them were completely cured,the curative rate of treatment was 96.9% ;2 cases were dead in site. There were no complication and sequela occurred in these patients. Conclusion The correct nursing is the key to success of emergency treatment. During emergency treatment, the skilled technique has the active and important meaning for assuring the success of emergency treatment, reducing the complication, decreasing the death rate and raising the rate of success. The correct judgment and the active,timely and effective emergency treatment are keys to the success and assurance of quality.
