摘要
针对涡轮叶片在以U型通道冷却时,会因回流区而产生局部高温的现象,分别在U型通道上增加渐斜隔板并倒角、通道头尾加渐斜隔板与倒角来改善其局部高温。以定表面温度的方式建立模型,采用计算流体力学方法模拟其传热效率的改善及冷却程度,计算结果表明以渐斜隔板并倒角的方式对局部高温改善的效果最好。
Local high temperature will occur on the returning zone where the blade is cooled down on an U-shaped channel , through ramps clapboard increase gradually and chamfering and access ramps and incurable increases gradually with a range of baffles in the U-shaped channel to improve the local high temperature. To determine the surface temperature of the model, using computational fluid dynamics simulation of the heat transfer efficiency improvements and cooling. The results show a gradual ramp clapboard and chamfering of the local high temperature improved the best results.
