掠高变化对涡轮叶栅气动性能的影响

摘要 采用数值模拟技术详细地研究了不同掠高的某蒸汽轮机末级叶片前掠正交设计对叶栅总体参数的影响。计算结果表明,随着掠高的增加,静叶出口马赫数将增加;静叶将压力能转换成动能的能力有所提高;静叶出口绝对总压将提高,并在一定的掠高时达到一个最大值。 In this paper, the numerical simulation technique is used to investigating the effect of different swept height of a turbine last stage blades with swept forward orthogonal designing on the total parameters of the cascades. The results show that along with the increasing of the swept height, the Mach number of outlet of the static cascade will be increased; the ability of the static blades that translating the pressure energy into the kinetic energy will be enhanced; the static outlet absolute total pressure will be increased, and will achieves the maximum value with a range of swept height.
