摘要
给出了600MW机组当前较普遍存在的振动缺陷的表现特征,分析结论认为缺陷产生的原因与汽机设计的转子支承系统刚度不足和低压缸整体结构刚度偏低有关,同时发电机制造阶段的转子热老化不充分或电气故障有直接影响;否定了关于盖振不代表瓦振并不参加考核的意见;从设计制造以及现场处理角度给出了该类机组振动处理和改进的意见和建议。
This paper presents the vibration characteristic of 600MW units with failures currently. The analysis conclusion is that the reasons are from the low stiffness of rotor supports during design, and the case construction with low stiffness also, and the inadequate heat process of generate rotor during manufacture ; meanwhile, dissent that the case vibration did not equal to bearing vibration and it can not participate in the examine. Finally, paper give some opinions and suggestions concerning with the field troubleshooting and balance.
